Take the cooking grids out and the Rogue 425 turns into a flat top.
This full size griddle insert drops into Freestyle and Rogue 425 models. It gives you 50cm x 40cm of flat cooking surface for searing, sauteing and stir frying. Burgers, breakfasts, tapas and caramelised vegetables all work better on a solid plate than on bars.
The stainless steel is thick, which spreads heat evenly and lets you run more than one temperature zone across the plate. Integrated grease traps catch the drippings, so the mess stays in the griddle and off the barbecue.
