Description
Brown teak turns beige under the Golden Care Blonde Teak Colour Protector.
It is a colour change rather than a repair. The beige wash hides sapwood and slows down the weathering process, so a table holds an even look for longer.
New teak should weather outside for 4 to 8 weeks first. Dark grey teak needs a clean with Golden Care Teak and Hardwood Cleaner and Colour Restorer, then a light sand if it still feels rough. Make sure the teak is dry and free of dust before you start.
What you get
- Changes brown teak to beige and hides sapwood
- Water-based and non-greasy, with no hazardous VOCs
- Shake for a minute, apply with a soft cloth and soak for 10 minutes
- Second coat after 4 hours, then 24 hours before moisture
- Treat at least once every year
- One litre
